      Renter beware. This company is a nightmare to do business with if there are any issues with their equipment. We rented an excavator that failed after one day with hydraulic fluid leaks galore. The second excavator and breaker failed after four hours. We were told to go to the store and get the parts to fix it ourselves. What???? We were treated with absolute hostility and the most unimaginable lack of professionalism. There are plenty of rental companies for heavy equipment, choose any of them over this one.

      The business practices of this establishment are deplorable. I called and talked to one of the owners, **** and tried to explain our frustration on a recent transaction. Not only was the owner dismissive, he kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain the situation. He was rude, and abrupt. We rented a man lift and was never told that the equipment wouldn't operate unless it was on PERFECTLY level ground. So when it arrived and we tried to use it, it wouldn't operate because we have a very very slight slant to our driveway. He said it wasn't their job to tell their customers if equipment wont work. What? So we spend $700.00 for their machine to sit in our driveway? It was supposed to be an 8 hour rental, We used it maybe 15 minutes where we found perfectly level ground and the rest of the time logged (about 2 1/2 hours) was us trying to find a place it would operate on our driveway. When I was trying to explain what happened, the owner was rude, disrespectful and hung up on me. Disgraceful business! BEWARE
