    Leading Edge Property Management made false statements and claims in order to keep my deposit and also charged me for damages that were not my responsibility as a tenant and upon my move out. These charges were being actively disputed by me and still were sent to collections - without due process. They falsely claimed that an outside committee was reviewing the situation but they were not an unbiased committee, they work for Leading Edge and subsequently fraudulently sided with the company in order to get me to pay for damages that didnt exist and were not my fault. They made no honest or reasonable attempt to resolve the issues before sending me to collections. I continually asked for the location of my original deposit but they never provided it, because, I believe they didnt have it, which is illegal. They are predatory. They fraudulently sent me to collections which has already damaged my credit score. I have more evidence to support my position and more issues to make known about my situation with Leading Edge Property Management. I am not alone. They abuse their position and hurt their tenants in many ways, both financially and as future tenants. In addition, they did not offer to ever resolve any issues with me nor did they ever do an initial walkthrough or a move out walkthrough. They sent me to collections because they knew I was taking them to small claims court and was highly likely to win my case.
