I have never wasted so much money so quickly then I did at Poulsbo RV. Less than 18 months after we bought our trailer from them, it's a falling apart biohazard. When we initially went to pick up our trailer, not only was it not ready, but add-ons we had purchased weren't installed and the inverter was bad. That was fixed soon enough, but only after multiple emails to the service department and our salesman allowed us to actually pick it up at a time convenient to us.15 months later and the trailer may well be a total loss. Even though we took it to Poulsbo for winterization after owning it for only 5 months, we've had significant water intrusion that resulted in huge amounts of mold taking over the carpet under the dinette, in addition to a cracked skylight, the inverter broken AGAIN, and a warping front ********* think that on our vacations and weekends in State Parks, my family was breathing in mold spores due to the slipshod product that Poulsbo RV sold us for over $30k is disgusting. Avoid Poulsbo RV at all costs - their products are garbage.

      Mr *******,
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your trailer.  After looking into the service history here at Poulsbo RV ***** it shows that your trailer has only been back to our facility once since you purchased for a plumbing system winterization.  At that time, there were no other complaints or issues noted.

As you know, recreational vehicles need preventative maintenance and upkeep. With that said, the manufacturer of the trailer provides a one year warranty for defective problems that arise. However, sealants need to be inspected every 90 days to ensure they are functioning properly.  At the time of delivery, you  signed a disclaimer acknowledging that the sealants were in good condition and that after 90 days it is your responsibility to maintain.  If this is not done, there is the potential for gaps which results in water intrusion to the trailer.  As far as your claim regarding the broken inverter,  a loose connection was found and addressed in a timely manner.   It appears  that the current state of the trailer ( with only seeing a few pictures and not the trailer itself ) is due to lack of preventative maintenance and not the quality of the trailer, manufacturer or the selling dealer. We would be happy to inspect the trailer in person if you would like to make an appointment to confirm our visual assessment of the photos you provided.

      Thank you,

Think twice about going there. Rv in two shops for one day shy of nine weeks. Yes they made one payment but the icing on the cake was they put my self leveling jacks on to far back because they didnt remove old jacks so when you pull into a gas station or up a slop into rv park they hit. Book said no more than five feet from rear axle. They welded them six and a half feet back. Welded onto frame extension would eventually bend. Took to another dealer to cut it all off at my expense because they wont return call. Other dealer couldnt believe where they put them. Cost **** to fix right. Shame on you poulsbo rv in mt ******.
