      Gutter King came out to replace and repair my facia and gutters on Dec 1 after having a signed contract and after they came out to inspect the home prior to giving the bid. I was sure to point out the pieces of wood rot hanging from the home prior to the bid.The team came out Dec 1 and removed the gutters and facia. The team told me there was rot underneath i the corners of the home which was outside their scope and would talk to their boss. I was expecting them back after lunch. They never came back. They never put the gutters back up. They never did anything to make my home safe or protected. They left my my roof and sub-facia exposed AND areas which never had water / debris drop on them before were suddenly overwhelmed with water and debris because there were no gutters ... gutters are a foundational system for protecting homes from from weather and they simply left me with none and no remediation. For the first time in living in this home for 14 years the basement flooded through a basement door which has a drain which backed up (no gutters meant no protection and they were overwhelmed). Their neglect has caused damage already to my roof and my basement and continues to do so until it is all repaired. I shared my concerns as above with ************ from Gutter King on Dec 30th and he didn't reply.
