  WOW! Can we give Procraft Windows 6 out of 5 Stars? Fantastic customer service from start to finish! A huge thank you to ***** ****** ****** ***, ***, ***** and installers, all of whom were nothing less than stellar with the whole process of replacing our old windows and French doors. The speed and efficiency in which the work was done was amazing! We did have an issue with a couple windows that was addressed and handled swiftly. We couldnt be any happier and highly recommend Procraft Windows!! Thank you all so much!

  We had Procraft customize and install our new front doors and transom. From sales to installers to admin, they were professional, helpful and responsive. In a time when both service and workmanship have taken a dive, Procraft is exceptional.

  They did a great job. We had 2 large windows totally replaced and several smaller panes replaced. ***** and his crew were very professional and attentive to our needs. They made sure to use caulk that had no smell which was important to us. The price was firm, they cleaned up daily and protected our furnishing from dust. They treated our house like it was their own.Very pleased with the work they did.

  This is the second project we have had done by Procraft, another set of new doors. Already we see a difference; drafts are gone and having a fire rated safety door to the garage is a ********** of mind! I highly recommend Procraft!

  They did a great job from ordering to installation. My older brother is so happy,especially with his huge (96x54) inch picture window. Its quite impressive. I would gladly recommend them. ************

  We have been very satisfied Procraft customers for decades. We had an unhappy experience with another window company and in discussing the issue with our very particular neighbor who had quirky windows like ours he recommended Procraft. Procraft corrected our window problem by installing upgraded versions of the peculiar window style original to our ****s vintage house. After that positive experience, we have had them out several more times, ultimately replacing virtually all the windows and French doors in the house and installing a storm window and storm doors to protect and better insulate a leaded glass window and several doors. Most recently, we had Procraft out to confirm the cause of windows that had cracked due to a painters careless caulking and replace them. From sales through installation, Procraft consistently provides expert service, superior products, and top-notch customer care. We recommend them highly.

  Procraft was professional and easy to work with from beginning to end: ordering, delivery, installation, cleanup, follow-up. They replaced 7 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Gave the place quite a facelift and we now have much better ventilation. Great price, product, service. I highly recommend them!

  We were very pleased with the window replacement we had done by Procraft recently. We had foggy windows in our entry way and as hard as I tried, the fog was going to stay. Replacement was the only option. We saw an advertisement post card in the mail and called immediately. A sales person came within three days and gave us an estimate and we agreed to the price. A second person came out soon and did exact measurements and all we had to do then was wait. Within three weeks our windows arrived and the installers were extremely clean in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They are ******* clear, which is what you would expect. We are very pleased with light that now shines through the windows. I would recommend ProCraft for any window replacements.
