    Dear BBB,

    Please be advised the issue of foul sewage smells omitting from my neighbors unit above me has been resolved.

    The property management group at On The Green Apartments sent a qualified professional plumber out to reset the toilet correctly..

    A housing inspector from Snohomish county inspected then reinspected my apartment after repairs and certified that the issue has been corrected..

    The matter is thus closed.

    Thankyou BBB for your efforts in this matter to reach out and contact this property management company..

    I am not surprised that they never got back to you.. or replied whatsoever..

    It took them almost 2 months to correct the issues with calls to you and my congressman  and the Housing Authority to get this resolved

    But they sure want you to be on time paying the rent now don't they!!!

    This is an industry filled with these kind slow mo chippy petty people that really need to be micromanaged to insure that people are not living and paying for substandard housing  at so called "fair market value" & exposed for prolonged periods of time to foul and unhealthy sewage odors... particular those that are disabled and on government funded housing programs..

    I wanted to reach out to see if you could assist with reopening this complaint and submitting the response below.

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your experience. We understand the importance of addressing any odor concerns promptly and effectively. Here is a summary of the steps we have taken to resolve this issue:
     
    8/23 – Work order received, and maintenance inspected both units, snaking the line and replacing the wax ring.
    8/28 – After you informed us the issue persisted, a plumber and a roofer performed further inspections. The plumber reset the toilet in your unit, raised it, and replaced the wax ring. After final tests, there were no detectable odors, and you reported that any lingering smells had dissipated.
    9/25 – We were notified that the odor had returned.
    10/2 – A plumber was contracted again to relocate the mounting hole completely as a more permanent solution. The following day, you confirmed there was no smell.
    10/10 – We followed up, and you confirmed there were no further concerns.
