    I would never recommend this company. I am a senior citizen and had a quote for electrical work for my home. I also put the deposit down. My contractor delayed the work so I had to cancel the job. They withheld 10% of the total cost which was in the contract I signed but was never told that before I signed it. I never read the contract at the time. They said they had ordered the permits, supplies and I had cancelled a couple of appointments. First of all, the supplies and permits should not have been ordered until the job is confirmed to start and I had contacted them several times about the delays. The appointments were made by them and not me and I did have to cancel as the contractor was not ready for the work to be done. The supplies were new and will be used at another job so I feel I should not be charged for them. I got another electrical company to do the job and their bid was so much cheaper to do the same work - leas than 3/4th the cost of Seatown. They are a total rip off and did not explain the cancellation fee and especially to a senior citizen who is on a limited income. Please check other companies before you hire them. Seatown was the only company I got a bid from as I saw their advertisement on TV. Bad mistake and it cost me several thousand dollars also.

    Worked there , was discriminated because of my age , fired after getting hurt due to seatowns negligence. Then dealt with two years of litigation with their extreme right wing human resources person *********************** making the next two years terrifying by suing me and labor and industries on behalf of Seatown both because labor and industries and all the doctor sided with me over Seatown s negligence. Was the worst place Ive ever worked ,their motto is during meetings sun is out , pockets outmeaning take customers for every ***** they are worth . *********************** went above and beyond to harass myself and my family during her frivolous litigation against myself and lane and industry. If anybody needs proof, just contact me, I have plenty of it.

    This review is not by a customer, it is from a former disgruntled employee. It doesnt mention anything regarding topics that the BBB oversee s or investigates and it borders on the lines of harassment to the employee he is mentioning.

    My family relied on Seatown for all of our HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work for the last three years. Now I have to find a different plumber to fix their recent work. We called Seatown to replace a huge old toilet. The plumber who provided the bid highly recommended a specific toilet model, saying it's what he would install for himself. He looked at the plumbing under our house and said we had a connection that was an older style but would work fine. We believed him and agreed to what he suggested. Now it turns out the connection he said was fine was actually something the toilet manufacturer explicitly forbids with that model, because it lets the toilet syphon water out of other plumbing fixtures. We had no idea that was possible and only found out after frantically searching online to diagnose the problems we saw after the installation. When we called Seatown, the plumber's manager said he'd follow up about it. We heard nothing back for several days, so we had to call again. This time, the supervisor acted like we were wasting his time and asked us to repeat the whole thing for him again. He snapped at us and said sarcastically "Well I guess I'm supposed to have my plumbers talk about every possible problem." The supervisor reluctantly said he was willing to have a bid sent to us to replace that connection at a discount. We never got that bid. No follow-up from them, nothing. We're just left with a useless toilet they recommended, which we can't use because we don't know what it's doing to the rest of our plumbing.Plus, the plumber snuck into our bathroom to use the old toilet without asking. We only found out because we noticed he had shut the door for some reason, and then we heard the toilet flush and we found evidence afterward of it having been used, so we had to clean up after him. It would've been great to be asked first. The supervisor didn't care about that part of our experience at all, except to say the plumber "said he's sorry."

    I am a repeat customer. They charged $500 plus tax to replace one light switch. Their manager gave me a poor excuses. It's highway robbery . Will never use them again.

    Thank you ******* for the review. I understand the cost does not meet your wants, the bid was given to you before the work was started and it was approved. ************** onsite did everything correctly and priced it correctly. This being said one of our managers spoke to you on the phone yesterday about this and tried to work with you and come to a solution but it sounds like frustrations were high and you ended the call abruptly. I understand your side and I as the General Manager of the company would love to chat on the phone today and come up with a solution. You are a great customer and loosing you over a light switch is not what I want. I will reach out to you around noon today via phone. Thank you
