    I went to see *************************** MD at The Renewal Center in ********, ** for facial treatments. I received IPL treatment on my face and was told that I needed 4-6 treatments for best results. I was asked to purchase all treatments in advance and that they could be done 1-2 months apart. I was also told that they would never expire and I could use them how I wished. I pre-paid $2500 for the package. I had an appointment May 2022 for my second treatment and the clinic was closed with a notice of eviction on the door. **************** left me a voice mail stating he was settling with the landlord and that the clinic would reopen and he would have to reschedule my appointment. He stated that all services paid for would be honored. I have made several attempts to contact the office but the business is now closed. I want my money back! I see many other people writing on social media sites about wanting their money back as well. Apparently he is working at a different spa now called *********** in ********, **. How do I and many others get their money back?

    In April of 2022 I paid ******* to the Renewal Center in ********, ** for prepaid facial services that were to include 3 IPI facials and a chemical peel. I was strongly encouraged to prepay for these services as I was told I would save tremendously. I received one IPL facial that day. Four weeks later, on the day of my next appointment, **************** notified me that my appointment and future appointments were cancelled. **************** closed up his business and took my money along with him that day. He now works for another medical spa in ********. It has been 7 months since I paid ******* and I have sent 22 messages to ****************, kindly asking to be refunded for the services not provided. I have documentation of all correspondence and have still not received a refund for the services not provided. **************** has given me SEVERAL different stories about why he can't refund me for the prepaid services he never provided. I would at this point like to resolution in the form of a refund.

    I prepurchased some services and had some points banked. I tried to call and schedule an appointment and the phone number is disconnected. I believe this company may have gone out of business without notifying it's patients. I would like to get a monetary refund of the money spent that I didn't receive services for.

    I purchased a $1,200 ****** of ***** unit from The Renewal Center on April 1, 2022 for future use. I called the business to book an appointment recently, and found that the phone number was disconnected. I tried to contact the company online, but the website has also been taken down. I found another review on Yelp indicating that the company had ceased doing business. They have made no attempt to contact me to refund the amount paid for future service. I have no way of contacting the business to try to address this directly. If the company has filed for bankruptcy, I would expect to be sent information as a creditor, but I've received no information. If the business has stopped operations, I'd like to understand how to file a claim as a creditor for approximately $900.

    I had been going to this office for about 2 years for Botox treatments. At my appointment in April, 2022 I bought $1,110 worth of Botox to "bank" for upcoming appointments. This was a service I had used before as it offered a discounted price for future services and the office holds the product. I also booked my next appointment for July, 2022. When it was time for my July appointment, I called the office to confirm, and had found out it has since gone out of business. I have tried to reach the office numerous times by both email and phone and have not been able to contact anyone. I would like some help in refunding the money that I paid for product I did not receive.
