    I hired **** to do my complete garden irrigation and new lawn.On paper, with contracts and warranty, it looks legit; I worked with him for over a year, in the quotes, and saved money to do this.Hired the complete service, he was supposed to bring in to the project and expert in lawn/ Grass, my dream was to have a beautiful garden, this was a mayor project for me, and it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, for when she returned from a family trip.The reality ********* was nonexistent; mostly, it was ****, his little brother ( I think he was 8 or ten years old). He was not an expert on grass; he had one or two guys working sporadically, but most of the work was done by ****.He did a terrible job. The brand-new (already grown) grass died after a week of no water. He was doing the irrigation, and due to his delays in the irrigation installation, the lawn was severely impacted, even though we watered manually constantly.The surprise for my wife was in reality a nightmare, the work was not completed on time, in fact was not completed at all.Basically, he took the money, $10,000, and walked away. He never responded to my calls or emails (I left more than 30 voicemails). His mailing address is a *** mailbox, and nobody knows him.I tried to contact him through multiple ways, and nothing I was robbed, lied and disappointed After over a year, I hired someone else to re-do the ******** is terrible that he took the money and disappeared. It was my dream home project, and it was a huge investment for me and my family.The fact that he promised verbally and in writing and failed to complete his promises is what hurt the most. I trusted in ****, and you robbed me of my dream, my surprise for my wife, and ****** dollars.****, shame on you, sooner than later you will face the consequences of your acts.I do understand he is back in business. However, I am sad to know that some other family will be taken advantage of because of his good faith and hard-earned money.
