    In spring of 2023, **************** (the *** and owner of this business) was sent wage garnishment paperwork from **************************************************** to garnish wages for his project manager. ****, who had not been paying court order child support for his 3 minor children. **** left him a message on his personal cell to which he did not return. The attorney of his project manager's ex wife, ******************, sent an official letter to request wage garnishment for non payment of child support on April 3, 2023 at 11:45am. *************** owner and *** of ******* did not return the wage garnishment forms requested by IDHW or ****************** which is a federal offense and violation of ***** rule 126. Instead he sent the voicemail to his project manager, ****. After receiving a copy of the voicemail from *************** at *******, **** (********'s project manager) then contacted a sheriff deputy at the ******************************** to call his ex-wife to threaten her of harassment for trying to have wages garnished under appendix A/***** state law (rule 126) to provide for thier 3 children. ***************, at *******, willing aided his employee, ****, in evading child support and broke ***** rule 126. This is not an honest business and does not support fathers being held responsible for caring for their children. *************** at ******* does not adhere to or respect the laws of Washington and ***** by not adhering to child support laws. This business needs to be held accountable for willingly and in bad faith breaking the law.
