    I recently hired Yeoman Tree Service, based in Brinnon, WA, to top some trees for view improvement. It was highway robbery. I was charged $1200 for basically a $600 job. Foolishly, I paid in cash. Four men showed up for a two-man job. I was charged $300/hour for 4 hours. One of the men was injured and not capable of work; two of the men took a car and disappeared for over an hour; they charged the same $300/hour for hedge trimming and brush clean up (which usually costs $35/hour); and they didn't even top all the trees that needed topping. A real rip off. Avoid Yeoman.
