    Hi,

    our contract clearly states that any charges not covered by the insurance company is the home owners/ clients  responsibility, your insurance company farmers sent your invoice to a third party company that is code blue, which is known for shorting clients and not paying what is owed, their only job is to deduct charges off of a invoice, thats why they Are hired. we were however working with code blue and farmers to get you the rest of payment until you sent the nasty email saying we f****** over charge and calling us assholesbecause you received a automatic reminder on top of being over 90 days over due on your bill. Please look up code blues reviews before you put blame on us. working with your insurance company is a courteous gesture doing you a favor. There was no over charge, we billed for work performed and gave you a itemized breakdown of all the work performed, using the insurance companies billing system xactimate and using their pricing. it is not our fault you picked the cheapest insurance company and expected them to provide you the best coverage.
