      I purchased 1 oz of flower from the Kaleafa dispensary in *********** and The packaging didn't Even hold up long enough for me to get it home before popping open and losing all but about a gram or two of its contents.The large plastic containers Kaleafa uses for their flower products are unique to their dispensary chain and they are notoriously difficult to seal properly and difficult to open when they are sealed. I understand how it is that this could have happened as it has happened to me at home in the past. However as a consumer from a business standpoint, I feel that the product should at least make it home before falling apart my opinion it would be the same as if I had bought a product from any other store and it broke before getting it home. I reached out to the dispensary and ended up talking to the kid who assisted me. He said there was nothing that he could do. So I emailed their corporate/main office with my concern and pictures I had taken of the bag and the open container with most of its contents gone exactly how it looked when I got home. I never heard anything back thought in itself is pretty upsetting considering I have made a point to exclusively make all my purchases with their dispensaries for the last 4 years and I'm not even asking for a full refund, which is what I should have done and would do if it was at any other business. I just asked for them to make this right. Like a quarter or a half anything any kind of adjuster to even acknowledge the fact that their containers are ********* a double autoimmune patient and single mom I don't have money to replace this and things will get quite difficult for me for me if I run completely out of this medicine Before I am able to make another purchase.

      To Whom It May Concern,

      We offer our sincere apologies that our packaging did not meet expectations for this purchase. Due to the regulations of the cannabis industry we are required to have "child proof" containers. These pop tops require a significant amount of pressure to open properly, so to ensure children do not have access to the product. The container pictured in the complaint is a pop top and we have had other reports of this size (ounce) being faulty. We worked with the company we purchase this packaging from to source a different option. Our ounce containers now have s**** tops ensuring they do not pop open. 

      For this complaint, based on the pictures, we can see that the packaging was faulty. We are happy to issue this customer a full refund for the product that came in that container. The ounce purchased was "Oregon Roots, Blue Magoo" priced at $90 and the customer received a 30% discount resulting in a $63 charge. We are happy to refund the amount of $63.       We would like to note that the email this customer sent to our support address ********************************* on 11/30/24 had filtered into the junk mailbox of the person who manages it. We now see the email and apologize that it was not responded to.

      We would also like to note that the customer included several other photo's in that email, including of photo of the bag the customer put the container in, which had a hole in it. While our packaging did open up causing product to fall out, the product was ultimately lost due to the hole in the customers bag. (Photo attached)
