    On December 30th I made a reservation for the 9th February through Expedia. I paid in full and called the hotel the 6th January. At that time they had a record of my reservation. On the 30 January ****** called and left a message and stated to call her back. I called back on 1 February and she proceeded to tell me that my reservation was not for the night of the 9th but for the 10th. My receipt from Expedia showed that my reservation was for the 9th. Which I still do have a copy of. She also stated that there were no jacuzzi rooms left for either the 9th or the 10th. Which again my receipt shows that's the type of room that I booked. I do believe that the reason that the staff took my booking away was due to the fact that I got a really good deal on the room and the staff did not like the price I paid so they gave my room away to a customer who paid much better price! This is a practice that does not set well with me!
