    Love my extra tall screen door and love the service. I've had my door for quite a few years. This year is started to stick. Called the main number about a week ago. They efficiently scheduled a service for very late afternoon. Scheduler was straight forward regarding service call and possible expenses depending on what was found during the visit. A couple of days before the visit I received a very pleasant reminder call for my upcoming appointment. She was willing to reschedule if any issues had come up that would make my time inconvenient. Original time was convenient so no changes made. ******* and **** called about an hour before the appointed time to say they were running early and asked if they could come early. Both were very pleasant. Within about 10 minutes the door was fixed and they were on their way. Absolutely could not have asked for better service by both the office and the technicians. THANK YOU!!

    Needed to replace 2 retractable screen doors and have a new window screen custom made. Very happy with entire process. This team is very customer focused and professional. Called and spoke with ******** who answered all of my questions and gave me options, quotes, etc. Decided right then what we wanted and scheduled an appointment, and asked to be on waiting list for anything sooner (they were scheduling about a month out since this is peak season). Got a call back later saying they could come a week or so earlier which was great. ***** and ****** arrived when expected (I got a call a couple days earlier reminding me of the appointment which was nice). These two were super! After examining the old retractable screen doors, ***** said he could repair one of them and make it like new if I wanted. This would save me considerable dollars. The choice was mine to make, and I trusted the experts and saved some money! Very happy with the results. While I knew they would not be making my new window screen that day (I knew this from my conversation earlier when scheduling), they took the measurements so the screen could be made and installed for us the next business day. ***** called and said he could still come at the appointed time or could come an hour earlier if convenient for us. Was happy to do this earlier, he arrived on time, and installed the perfect new screen window in less than a minute. These folks rock! I would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.
