    We hired **** and her team as bartenders for our wedding. I purchased a wedding package at $800 that inluded Drinkware, Bar Supplies, Garnishment,.Galvanized Bins, Infused Water Station and ice, which was an additional add on of $60. When her team arrived to the event they did not supply the water or ice that they were supposed to and they did not offer to fix their mistake the day of, which lead to our guests going without water on a hot summer day in September in an outdoor venue. The bartenders also did not listen to our instructions and over used one of the mixers (energy drinks) for the signature drinks. Thus, some of our guests had to leave our event go pick up ice, water and more mixers, which we had to reimburse them for. I contacted the owner **** about this and she agreed to giving us a refund of $300 for the mistakes that they made. However when it came time for her to send the refund I never recieved it. I reached out to her multiple times via ******** and email and was first told that she had a stroke and that is why she couldn't send over the money when she originally said. She then told me I would have it by November 28th, however she has never reimbursed me or responded to any of my communications after that. However, I have seen her making posts on her page since then so I know she is still active and outright ignoring my messages. I have also seen several other posts on her company page detailing similary issues from other customers of hers complaining they have not gotten refunds she promised. I have attached our contract as well as images of the messages we sent showing the many attempts to contact her and her agreeing to and promising the refund.
