    The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Also they had a transmission built in my truck that was 8 thousand dollars and it only last ****** miles. They didn't offer any kind of a discount to look into what might have went wrong. Also it sat at their shop for a month and all they did was pull the transmission pan and tell me I need a rebuild. I had enough and wanted to move my truck. They charged me 450 dollars to pull the transmission pan and tell me I need a rebuild. The lack of customer service and quality work is astounding. I can not believe they are in business.

    This transmission cost 2k when the previous owner paid for this - It was a drop off rebuild that was rebuilt using customer supplied parts, we do not warranty customer supplied parts or customer install jobs that we cannot verify proper flushing, installation or mileage (no working odometer). We quoted you 6-8k for a new rebuild including new transmission lines, triple disc torque converter and other billet parts.

    There is signage on the front desk sating it can take up to two weeks to look at the vehicle once dropped off to us as we have a lot of work and we work with several companies to keep their fleets on the road. You dropped off on 4/5, the truck was initially looked at and you were notified 4/16 . Then on 4/29 you were notified that you needed a rebuild and we hadn't heard from you since until you showed up to pick up the truck 5/6.  I'm sorry you were unsatisfied, next time please let us know so we can work with you to fix the issue.
