This was my very first appointment with Shocking Difference and I am not planning on changing to any other business for any future work that I may need to have completed. Absolute top notch service from both **** and Justice. I would actually rate their work as a 5 star ++++. Both technicians were technically competent beyond believe, accommodating to my needs and the most professional technicians I have seen lately. Every detail of the job was explained to me prior to starting their work. Upon completion, I was provided with a personal walk through inspection with the technician showing me exactly what was completed while ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work. I cannot think of any detail throughout my experience that could have been completed any better. Overall, I was extremely satisfied as well as impressed from the initial contact with the companys receptionist to the technicians completion of the job. I was treated like royalty with the very best of the best service that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Shocking Difference.

5 stars***and *****, from Shocking Difference, gave us a quote for a new electrical panel and some additional wiring. They were exceptional! Not only were they thorough! They were helpful in educating us on options we were unaware of. We spoke about our electrical needs, the size panel we'd need and about generators. Shocking Difference provided excellent service. ***** and ****** were professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly to diagnose and repair our wiring problems. They gave us a pricing estimate before they started work and kept to that estimate. We will definitely use Shocking Difference for any electrical service and repair.Shocking Difference LLC
