    Paid approximately $3500 for an environmental report over two years ago. Have been strung along. Now I think he (***************************) is out of business. No communication and the office looks closed.

    This is a complicated project in that it is a Federal, state, and local regulatory violation.  I have been coordinating with appropriate agencies and should have this wrapped up next week.  I appreciate your patience as we navigate through the regulatory landscape in order to resolve the violation.   Tell us why here...

    The report was sent to *************************. I attached the report to this message. I would be glad to send it to another email address if he did not receive it.  Our company has worked very hard to provide a report.  This completed report concludes any and all contractual obligations.  If the Agencies request additional information or if the Agencies requested information or documentation outside of this report, those potential requests are not covered under our agreement or contractual obligations.  All contractual obligations end with submitting the report to the Client, which has been completed.
