    On November 27th, 2023, a ******* HAVAK Pro Hunter PH2 6.5 Creedmoor 24" Rifle ********** in Mountain Shadow was ordered online through South Sound Guns. The charge for that order appears as a charge for $1963.73 from Olympic Cerakote.The website, which is now defunct, was at *************************** never received the product nor was I provided a receipt or a tracking number. Repeated attempts at procuring the purchased item or a refund failed. I am seeking a refund ASAP.

    On May 23, 2024 I paid MAP Enterprises LLC aka South Sound Guns of ****** ** $400 cash for a CZ P10 Compact pistol that was not available at the store but needed to be ordered from a distributor.Repeated attempts to receive physical delivery of said item or a refund of the payment have not been successful. Attached are supporting documents, including a timeline of events.

    On Jun 7, 2024, I placed an order on the South Sound Guns website (order #****) for a ************** M&P9 Shield EZ, which never arrived, and was supposed to be cancelled and refunded on July 11. I have not received the refund as of today, 7/25.My ATM card was charged for the purchase in the amount of $577.75 on June 8, 2024 under the name Olympic Cerakote.Between 6/14 and 7/10, I called every few days, and was told each time that it should be there any day now.On 7/11, I called to cancel the order. The employee told me that he would take care of it, and the refund would take 3-5 business days.I called again on 7/12 to ask for a receipt for the cancellation, and was told the system will send that out, but he assured me that it was taken care of.On 7/18, I made several calls to the shop with no answer, and left a voicemail with no return call. I also emailed the shop and have not received a reply.As of today, 7/25, I have not received the refund, or the cancellation email.The storefront is closed, so I am unable to go in and talk to anyone. Their ******** **** says they are doing business by phone/email/appointment only.

    They have had my money for well over a month now and still no gun and no refund. Every time I talk to them they tell me the same thing. It should be this week

    The customer requested a refund last week. Our card processor typically takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to refund to the customer. This was processed and should be in his account at any time. While we appreciate his phone calls and BBB complaint, I cannot speed up the processor. If the customer had come in we could have handled the refund then and there.

    I purchased a firearm from Olympic Cerakote DBA South Sound Guns in person on 2/3/2023. the owner **** supposedly placed the order for me through one of their distributors. The business told me that the firearm would be available in 10 business days. Today it is 4/18/2023 and the firearm still has not arrived and no communication has been given. I have called numerous amounts of times to get an update, but they keep stating that the item has shipped since2/10/23. When I ask for tracking information, they state that they do not have one which is absurd considering it is a firearm. On 3/15/23 I received a call from them stating that there was some sort of mix up and that they were able to find the item on a distributor website. I asked if the item was even ordered on the original date of 2/3/23 and the salesperson said he was not sure. Since then, I have not heard anything and have called a few more times wanting an update. The firearm I bought was $765.79. I tried to cancel the item, but they said they would need to charge me a 25% restocking fee for an item that I never received. The business has not tried to resolve the dispute and have been very rude and aggressive. I just want to cancel the item and not have to be charged $191.44 for an item that I am not even sure they ordered. It is very suspicious and almost scam like. I wonder if they do this often where they pretend to order an item and wait until the customer cancels and charges the restocking fee on an item that was never getting there to begin with. I have put in a dispute with my bank and hopefully it will be resolved but I just wanted to report them to the BBB. Please look up reviews on this business and you will find a plenty of unhappy customers because this situation has happened a few times. If there is any advice or help the BBB can provide, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
