    I loved my job here. I designed the new packaging of all edible products before quitting, Managed the entire business and expanded from one building to 2. I left because of significant discrimination by the owner ***** and a manipulative child ******** ***** the owner on many occasion complained about the ***** employees I had hired. She didn't agree with their lifestyle and would complain to me about it, I told her it their right and she still said it was weird and didn't agree with it. ******* the manipulative child talks about how old people are, She would constantly complain about how old the owner was and how the owner knew nothing about the business and should just get out. ******* also complained about the owners husband, she would listen to him use the bathroom and then tell all the employees about him not washing his hands and how gross it was. I personally witnessed ******* talk about a person I interviewed for a position being to old, complaining about the gray hairs in his *****(the guy was 43 and I was 49 at the time). When I talked with the owner, ***** she told me to ignore it and not say anything. I quit shortly afterwards.
