  I had approved through insurance to repair my awning from being torn from weather. They kept blowing me off until I finally just told them to forget it.

  We apologize for not responding as quickly as you wanted us too, we were involved in some very long and detailed repairs and those jobs took longer than expected. We try to accommodate everyone's needs in a timely manner but we don't know how long some jobs can take until we start them and this can push other jobs back, for that we apologize and we try to work out a time when both parties can be present. Most do not have an issue with this and work with us to accomplish the repair and if they can't other arrangements can usually be made but thats not always the case as was the case in this job. We strive to give the best customer service and work with our customers to make sure they get the *********************** done properly and that they are happy with the performance and experience that we offer. 

  We hope that if a customer has a bad experience or complaint to please come to us first to try to resolve the issue before leaving a poor review, usually the problem can be resolved if both parties are willing to make arrangements to get the job done satisfactorily.

  *****'s Mobile RV Services caused approx. $30,000 in damage to our 2016 Itasca Sunova Motorhome. We hired him to repair motors on the driver's side, 20ft Super Slide, and fix the slide from rubbing on the floor that was caused by the top screws becoming stripped. Misha misdiagnosed the rubbing and decided to cut the entire bottom of slide with the wrong type of saw using a large toothed blade also causing the slides wood to splinter. He was to also install heated floors and new vinyl plank flooring. ***** purchased different heated floors and controller than what we sent to him, purchasing the worst rated products. The floors didn't heat in certain spots, and are extremely hot in other areas. The vinyl flooring has nails exposed, jagged cuts exposing the bottom of floor and the worst part is the floor has a wave in it when you walk making it go up and down. When we turned on the water in the kitchen for the first time after ***** had replaced floor under kitchen sink, the pipes under the sink were not reconnected and luckily we caught it before any more damage occured. We now have holes in our walls and missing screens. Honestly there are so many issues, I can't possibly list them all here and want others to BEWARE and not use *****'s RV Mobile Repair. I read all these good reviews and noticed they are for small fixes, nothing like we had done. If he couldn't do the work, he should have been honest with us, so we could go to a professional shop and not a hack.

  Mishas Mobile RV Repair is committed to exceptional service as evidenced by the plethora of other positive reviews from satisfied customers. Unfortunately, while we would prefer to keep this issue off the internet, the fabricated and misleading information included in this review requires a response.
  
  Initially, it is important to note that the reviewer was not the paying customer who enlisted our help with this motorhome. A third party ordered and paid for our services in full. We have not received a grievance from the financially responsible party. Additionally, the reviewer has demonstrated that his interests do not lie in having any of his complaints remedied or minor imperfections repaired, rather he has focused all his energy on using his unsubstantiated complaints as leverage in achieving financial compensation.
  
  For the sake of length, I will outline an abbreviated version of the events that took place. Any consumer concerned about the contents of this review is welcome to inquire for more detail.
  
  From bid to repair, the scope of work greatly expanded, affecting all areas on the project, especially the timeline. The first bid on the project was given November 21, 2023 and included a typical vinyl flooring replacement and the replacement of two slide out motors. The initial expected timeline was two weeks. On December 9, the motorhome was physically dropped off at our shop and the scope had been expanded to include heated vinyl flooring. On December 12, we discovered significant wood rot beneath the existing flooring. This discovery represented a major obstacle and led to notable and unexpected subfloor work. While we worked as fast as possible, the significant scope expansion required more time. We delivered the vehicle 25 business days later (over the holiday season), on January 18th.
  
  On January 22, the reviewer requested I drive onsite to his location to discuss the slideout that he asserted was malfunctioning. He also wanted to discuss issues such as missing stair rugs, quarter rounds, and other easily remediable items. Similar to a blue tape walkthrough, I came prepared to address each of these items and offer a repair or solution. The reviewer, however, was unable to recreate/demonstrate the malfunctioning slideout he described on the phone. As a result, his behavior became erratic, extremely hostile, and threatening, his wife even asked him to leave. Extremely uncomfortable, I left and communication broke down.
  
  As stated previously, Mishas Mobile RV Repair is committed to excellent service, and we stand behind our work. As with large home remodeling projects, there are often some blue tape items that will need addressing after a large repair. We are always happy to address such items (as long as the environment is safe).
