  I bought 2 new trailers from Olympia Trailer Boss to move family to *******. Stressful enough driving 2200 miles in snow/wind/rain without having to deal with dishonest dealer where I just spent $30K. ** called me asking if I was going to make my appt. to pick up 1st trailer but he never called me after purchase of other items arrived that were paid for. ** when they arent gaining more money they make no effort. I had purchased 24' alum. cargo($18K) in ***** and also a weight scale 1-25 which broke 2 weeks later, it took TB 4 months to replace scale 5-25. The new 22' Diamond C($10K) I purchased 1-25 was missing keys to lock on tongue box so I called and another sales person ******* said he found one and would put in mail. A month later 2-25 I called and ******* said he would order another. Then I called a month later 3-25 and spoke to manager ***. He said he would order a lock and help me if I needed help installing. Another month 4-25 goes by and I call manager *** again. He said that he never said he would order new lock for my new trailer so I asked him for contact number of Diamond C to file a complaint and *** said okay I will order you a new lock. Lock finally arrived 5-23-2025 for trailer I purchased 1-15-2025. I tried calling other TB outlets in ******* but was told that corporate office was where I purchased my trailers and there was no others to speak to. The stickers that say Trailer Boss on my trailers have been removed. No free advertising for them especially when TB service is some of the worst I have seen in my 66 years.

  I purchased a brand new ***x-d D9X 8x16 model RM112196 ****** pull behind trailer from Trailer Boss on October 20, 2023 $17,209.16. ****, the new manager, did some research and said thats just the way they are. I told him that was unacceptable as I had just bought brand new trailer and door would not hang properly. After going back-and-forth with **** on the phone, I finally took the trailer down to him and had him look at it. While looking at it, he admitted there was a problem and called somebody from ***x d . They told him that was the way they were built. I told him that was still unacceptable. I paid $17,000 for a brand new traile . I could fix it, but I did not think it was my responsibility to fix as it was a brand new trailer . I got a hold of manufacturing in ***** and emailed the guy named *********************************** . He basically said he would love to take care of his problem and if you wanted it covered under warranty I have to get back with Trailer boss and discuss it with them and then we can work out everything.Fed up and disgusted And needing to use the trailer, I finally brought the trailer home, took my ************* grinder and cutting tool and made some alterations on the trailer so it would work properly. VERY disgusted with the customer service from trailer boss and *** trailers. Buy a brand new piece of equipment, that should be engineered, that should work properly, and it works like something I made in my own shop. Where I end up going back and correcting little mistakes I would give both Trailer boss and *** D a thumbs down . After being in the business for over 40 years, I think I have a good handle on product quality, and customer service.
