      POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. Ordered items on January 19th, 2023 through our school site. Had to send an email March 4, 2023 asking when items would be delivered. They were delivered to our school March 10, 2023. On my receipt-showed one item on backorder and to email the company representative. Sent multiple emails inquiring about status, with no response. Have not received item nor account credited back for cost of item NOT received. I understand your policy-not my fault YOU didn't have item YOU listed. It IS your responsibility to do what's right and REFUND the cost of the item NOT RECEIVED. Will NEVER purchase from this shady business again.
