    December 4th 2023 is when the truck went it to the shop to get the head gasket fixed. ***y Gave me an estimated price of $2500 plus give or take small parts and fasseners as needed. ***y also gave me a time of 15 hours of shop time in total. I have a $1000 sitting on the account as of 1/23/24 After the week prior of the truck going in they were promising my truck to be done took them another 4 weeks extra to complete the task . And didnt provide any explanations to why. Besides them complaining about it being difficult and they dont wanna take on another job like this. This has nothing to do with the agreement or warranty. After they called me on 1/23/24 saying my truck was done, when i went in to pay them and get my truck they told me that when they went on a test run they broke 3 injectors. Which they had to disconnect in order to get to the head unit. ***y are now saying that the warranty isnt going to cover it and that they arent going to pay for what they broke. Now they are making me buy my own injectors with no warranty or anything. ***y havent order the parts, they told me they did on 1/24/24 and my truck is still sitting outside their shop as of 1/23/24, they havent called me about whats going on with my truck and parts. On top of that they are trying to make me pay 8k for injectors and shop time. ***y havent even given me a rental vehicle in the mean time, even when i asked them if i can get a rental while my truck is in their possession. This is effecting my every day task going to my jobs. I have to ask for rides or use my significant others vehicle which effects her everyday task as well. On 1/24/24 *** service advisor threatened to beat me up when i called them to ask whats going on with my truck. ***y didnt call to get price quotes on parts. I went around town to see if they did and they did not call part stores.

    The have reached out and are just slandering me calling me all sorts of names ect it's getting outta hand and no conclusion has become of this now I'm stuck paying a bill that I shouldn't have to pay at all due to lack of care for customers in general
