    I shipped a package, they did not offer a receipt, they never origin scanned my package. It then got lost for over a month and caused me a loss of almost $600- the response of this business was you should have gotten a receipt- they dont offer them. And maybe you never even dropped it off saying I perhaps committed fraud. This is dishonorable, their negligence caused a rather unpleasant situation and instead of fixing the problem, they instead accused me of a crime.

    I am rejecting the response because: Ship It To Us still maintains that I did not drop off my package with them, had I wisely gone anywhere else the package would have been scanned. Busy or not, it is the whole job of a shipping center to scan packages not accuse the customers of lying, saying it is suspect that it was not scanned till Tacoma is a jab at my integrity- as though Id make all this up for no reason. I would just like other customers be aware that if this business makes a mistake, they will not hesitate to blame everyone else for their error.
