    I too was assigned to this company through AHS. They scheduled two appointments canceled one and then just never showed up. AHS could/would do very little to help. Do not use this company.

    These guys came out through my home warranty company. Repaired a loose wire that was causing 3 bedrooms not to have power. Although they normally only service customers Monday-Friday They made an exception and came on a Saturday to fix my problem. Awesome job!

    This company is a scam and should be negative stars. I too had been assigned this contractor through AHS. After weeks of never hearing from them, I contacted AHS and they said I the technician claimed they came and fixed the ceiling fan, and they closed the case. I told them this was a lie, then *** said they scheduled an appointment with me and I didn't show up.. Again a lie, I've never heard from or spoke to them, which was why I was calling. Finally, I was then told they called me and walked me through fixing the issue over the phone. My bathroom fan is grinding and needs to be replaced. I certainly didn't fix it over the phone. This is just a big scan and question if AHS employees are also in on it as I got the same push back that I was lying. I finally got a refund but still have a broken fan.

    This business was referred to me by American Home Shield. They scheduled an appointment but never showed up. Then, they had nerve to close the case telling AHS the work was completed. They do not answer the phone. I give them a negative 5 stars.

    This contractor as assigned to me by American Home Shield. They didnt even have decency to call me and schedule! I would advise to never use. AHS needs to provide better contractors.
