I contacted ********************* on Tuesday June 27th around 3pm. She agreed to assist me in serving a no-contact order to an individual who has been harassing me, my family and friends for the previous two weeks. I told her this was my first and only time serving/filing a no-contact order and asked for her help and professional guidance. She stated that she had been in this business for 30yrs so I trusted she would be able to help. I sent her the legal documents, excluding the original legal no-contact petition because it included my personal contact information I was trying to protect. Due to the nature of this harassment, I expressed to ***** that I did not want the opposing party to have my personal contact information such as home address, DOB, phone number and email. Instead of advising me to redact this information from the petition and proceed, ***** spent the entire next day sending me over 20 emails the made little sense and only made this stressful situation more stressful. She was absolutely horrible, unprofessional and failed to complete the service I paid her almost $100 for. Her endless emails were condescending, inaccurate, rude and disrespectful. The entire interaction was a waste of an entire day. She called my case nonsense, defended the opposing party, and took advantage of this being the first and only time Ive ever needed a service company. She even offered to go over to the offenders home and tell them to knock it off which I found be be appalling and a shocking suggestion. She threatened me when I said I'd be leaving her a review and refused a refund due to cost of printing 3-5 pages of paper. I found another local service company on Thursday who got the job done right away and were wonderful. ***** at Full Throttle Legal Messenger Serve is a threat to the community and shouldnt be allowed to bully paying customers this way. Thank you.

      Business Response

      Date: 07/06/2023

The short response to this inaccurate and defaming complaint is that ***************************** ******** emailed me an incomplete packet for service on a first-time restraining order. The King ****** District Court provided her with a *complete packet for service*, pursuant to the court rules for service.

*************************** then removed the Petition for service and sent me the packet and said, verbatim We just spoke, thanks again for your help. *This is everything the judge sent me today for the temporary no contact order. I am sure you know how this works better than I do so I am sending you everything I have. I am not 100% sure what document gets served to her but I am hoping you can help me out.*

I told her the packet was incomplete for service, that the Petition was missing.  I proceeded to provide her with the link to the rule that clearly says, The person you are asking to be protected from (the respondent) must be given a copy of your petition. Which is found right on the King ****** website at:  ***********************************************************************************************************************************************(the,the%20police%20serve%20the%20petition highlighted in lavender.

While your at the above link, click the Instructions for Proof of Service youll see:   The law requires that all parties have a fair chance to go to their hearings and to receive all evidence that the court sees. The respondent to a case must be served with a petition and notice of the hearing (usually contained in the temporary order). If the respondent is not served correctly, the court cannot decide the case. Also, a protection order cannot be enforced unless the respondent knows about it. You must prove that the other party was properly given the petition, notice of hearing, temporary order, and all evidence that you want the court to review. If you dont, your case can be delayed or even dismissed.

*************************** proceeded to tell me The judge told me yesterday that I need to serve her with the Temp.Protection Order and Hearing Notice. So, I am not sure why we need to include the Petition.

Unfortunately, ***************************** ******** just wanted to waste time arguing about the clearly spelled out court rules for service and tell me she did not want to follow the court rules.  She even lied and said the Petition has my personal information. It has my DOB, drivers license, home address, phone number, email, etc.  Even the King ****** Court Clerk told her The petition shouldnt include sensitive information, but the Law Enforcement Confidential Information Form should. The service agency needs this form in order to locate and serve the respondent.

I told her I could affect service if she provided me with the complete set of documents by a certain time and she failed to do so.   Despite her tardiness, (she emailed me at 2pm),As a courtesy, I waived the rush fee and stopped along my route to print what should have been provided in the first email. My attempt on the Defendant was 4pm and by now the Defendant was not home.  At this point ***** had a full-blown temper tantrum.  She asked to cancel service.  I was happy to oblige her request and promptly blocked her from emailing me further, at this point, she had sent me 27 emails.

I don't make money by sending emails. I did it out of necessity because she claimed to not have any idea how the process worked and what was needed, and I had to educate her.  I initially thought she was just a slow learner but later discovered she is scandalous. I invested a great amount of time trying to get the service completed and her uncooperativeness exacerbated that and made it to the point that even the $85 she paid me wasn't enough for all the time I invested in trying to deal with her. I would be happy to supply anyone interested the email chain so they can verify the accuracy of my rebuttal.
