      Went to this store to pick up a few items as it was a quick stop on our way home. My *********** were walking towards the registrers to pay when I saw a Large Black Rat sitting by the frozen foods department. I stopped looking at it thinking it might be a "Joke" or a toy, I continued walking, turned back around telling my husband about it. We turned back around and the rat was still sitting there. It finally moved (Eekk) but looking as it was sick or something! I told the young man (cashier)at register, he acted scared, not wanting to walk over to see what I had told him. He told me to tell the cashier where we were in line. He told us quietly just come and pay. I was persistent about it & how nasty/gross it was to be on the store. He said, oh I'll kill it. He walked over doing something as we could not see (really trying to not let any other customers see what we had saw). Finally he returned to register cashing us out. Another worker came over with a bag, walking away after a few.

      Today August 3rd 2020 I went to this store to do my grocery shopping like around 2:30 and 3:00 in the afternoon and I went to the South checkout to pay for my groceries because they always have a huge line and I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could before I missed my appointment and I put my money in the machine in the machine took my $100 away and I only had to pay $12. 59 so what I did I put **** and then $100 so that it can give me $90 back and it didn't so it took the whole $100 and I was trying to talk to the manager and he said that I was lying when I told him to check the camera and he said no that he already did and I only put two dollars I was like that I cannot be true because of if I only put $2 I couldn't walk out with my food I was not going to steal so that I can get caught so they did not give me the $100 back and it was the only $100 I have to feed my kids and he said that I need to leave the stuff and wait until the next day so they can check everything so he said that I was lying that made me feel so embarrassed and did not get my money so I really want you guys to take a look at this the name of that manager is ********************* please and thank you
