Excellent customer service throughout the years. Trusted for a multitude of jobs. On the last two visits, ****** and ****** were knowledgeable, and took the time to explain complex details about my heating system. They both were very patient and great with with my dogs too. Ease of scheduling with ***** was a plus, and she explained to me what areas of the house needed to be accessed. Its easy to choose Campbell and Company since they continue to prove to be professionals in every sense of the word. Thank you.

A young man, Soterio, from Campbell and Company came to our home today to service our gas log fireplace. He did such a great job -explained everything, was very professional and thorough, made our fireplace shine and checked & cleaned every square inch of it - took all the logs out, vacuumed everything & discussed with both of us exactly how to take off the front panel if we needed to ever, how to do every aspect of operating our gas log fireplace. It looks terrific now and works great! He noted that there was some resistance in one of the switches, and that was part of the tuneup that he could replace the switch if needed, so he did that! Our fireplace is now thoroughly tuned up, beautiful, and functioning properly! He was the best!Campbell & Company

They installed a complete replacement heat pump system for me today and did a great job. Delivered exactly as the salesman had promised, and every single person on the crew was friendly and professional. Campbell and company employee ******* did an amazing job for us today extremely professional and understood our concerns. He explained everything to my wife and I and did an amazing job on our heat and air conditioning units to assure we will make it thru the winter without any problems. The one star is for them being available, the reason they are available is because they mark ********** up by ****%They do good work but if you can find anyone else it will cost you ****% less.The work I had done was acceptable for labor but I was charged $2,600 for a $600 water heater. If you have time, use anyone else, not *****************************Campbell & Company
