      Came to my stepdads house, 2 people.Pulled the toilet that had a bad wax ring.Installed a new one.Charged ****** for replacing a five dollar part.190 just to come out and look.This place is a rip off, I will never call them for anything.Pulling a toilet and replacing a wax ring takes about 15 minutes at most.Doesnt justify taking advantage of an elder who just had his bladder removed from cancer.Didnt clean around the toilet,Caulk around the toilet after replacing the wax ring.******* said they were here 20 minutes.

      In the meantime, we would like to express our sincerest apologies for any dissatisfaction you/he experienced during your interaction with our company. We understand that you/he was unhappy with the cost of the service and felt that it was disproportionate to the replacement of a five-dollar wax ring. We strive to be transparent with our pricing, and we regret any confusion that *** have arisen. We would be more than willing to review the charges with you and provide a detailed breakdown of the costs involved.


      Regarding the duration of the visit, we apologize if you/he felt that our team was at your stepdad's house for an insufficient amount of time. While the process of pulling a toilet and replacing a wax ring can often be completed relatively quickly, our team takes great care to ensure that the work is performed accurately and thoroughly. This includes inspecting the surrounding areas for any additional issues, which *** have extended the time spent at your stepdad's house.


      We deeply regret that the cleanliness of the area was not up to your expectations. It is our standard procedure to leave the work area clean and tidy, and we apologize for any oversight in this case. We will address this matter internally to ensure that all members of our team adhere to our high standards of professionalism and cleanliness. Once again, your step dads info will help us identify who was specifically on the job so we can investigate and coach appropriately. 


      We are truly sorry to hear about your stepdad's health condition, and we understand that it can be a challenging time for your family. We assure you that our pricing is not influenced by personal circumstances, and we aim to provide fair and equitable services to all of our customers.

      We genuinely value your feedback as it allows us to improve our services and ensure that we meet the expectations of our customers. We would like to make it right and address your concerns directly but we would need a phone number, address and name of your stepdad to find the job in our system, investigate and contact him.

      We have been with C&C for more than 12 years now. Our AC went out and we called and they were very responsive. Their tech was expert in explaining everything and thorough in explaining and doing all the diagnostics and then doing what was necessary to restore our AC on a hot summer day. C&C was prompt in our emergency type situation, getting done by 11 am. Thanks guys, keep it up. :)

      We had Campbell and ** out for our planned service of our system that we have done twice a year. This time ****** was the tech. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked. A different tech comes out each time and my only request would be to have a repeat tech that knows our house and system. On the previous visit, ***** replaced a capacitor. He did exceptional work! However, I am very pleased with the work and knowledge of all Campbell employees!

      We had a total heat and Ac system put in in December. We did not check other companies as we got a letter a few days before saying prices were going up Jan 1st. We have heard from several people that Campbell and *** were very expensive compared to everyone else. Our own fault for not getting estimates.

While we are not the cheapest, you can rest assure that you're backed by reputable company and we conduct only the highest standards in industry installation practices. We do not cut corners to keep the cost down, which often leads to costing homeowners more in the long run with repairs. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We've been around for 40 years because we take great care of our customers, many of which have been with us since nearly the beginning.       I had to do an emergency call out though the answering service not that great. The dispatcher ****** was sweet and advocated for me after having to call several times to get help. *****, my technician was great and very understanding he explained everything that we was doing made the system better by cleaning the cords up. He also helped me set up a new thermostat and explained all the features.

      If I could give this company a zero star I would. They have been refusing to give my mother invoices on the supposed work they do, they have been to the home a few times and demand payment at time of service. The home belongs to my grandmother who is now bed ridden. They convinced her that they needed an few faucet in the kitchen that was around $800. After just a lack of water pressure in the kitchen after every visit it seems more plumbing issues come up. Miracle right? Now both bathrooms are backing up in sinks, toilets, and showers. And still no invoices. This "Company" is taking advantage of two older women who do not have an endless income, and ripping them off. I have read numerous reviews claiming similar issues. This company either needs to get their act together or shut down. And I'm sorry, but when does a plumbing company NOT know how to either snake a drain, or clear a clog? This is disgusting behavior. I am reporting to the BBB.

      This company has never tried to call **. I find it ridiculous that they even bothered to lie about that. Just an all around scam of a company.

      Very thorough and very communicative. Told me what he was going to do and then summarized his findings after the fact. Comprehensive preventive maintenance service. **** was one of the best service technicians we have had. A great hirer on your part.
