      Continues to try to sell me and others on products and services that are not yet needed for vehicles. Recently tried to tell me I needed new brakes, when I had them replaced a week before by a different business. The oil change before they tried to get me to buy new tires when my tires were only a year old and tried convincing me they were bald. I watched them do the same to a poor senior citizen in the waiting room.

      Had made an appointment several weeks ago to get a recall done. Appt was at 930am and dropped off the vehicle. Was asked if we were staying or coming back for it. Service person confirmed that it would take 2-3 hours, and we told them we'd be back for it at 1p, which was written down on the service ticket. The reason for not waiting on site was because my husband's disabled due to a back injury and he cannot sit for long periods and especially not in a non-reclined position. I had to arrange to leave work to return for the vehicle. We arrived at **** and was told it wasn't ready. When the service clerk called around the shop to find out if it was close, they discovered that IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED YET! Because I couldn't leave work a second time in one day and because they close before I get off, my husband ended up having to stay for 3 hours while they did what they should have done at 930 in the morning! He was in excruciating pain by the time he left, which lingered into the night with him not being able to sleep.This isn't even the first time I've had an issue with this dealership. The last time I came to get a part for my vehicle, I was treated like I couldn't possibly know what I needed BECAUSE I AM FEMALE!

      had a 0930 appointment for a recall for my truck. Had made sure that, that they could fix the issue with it. Two weeks before bring in the truck, I was able to get an appointment for it. So the day of the appointment, I bring in my truck at 0920. Making sure they would have the time to replace what needs to be done. I was told it should take 2 to 3 hours to have it fixed. So at 1320 hours, I arrive at the service center. To find out they still have not even had a technician even looked at it yet. And was then told it is going to take another 2 hours, just to have a tech to do a rush service on the truck. DO NOT EVER trust the times, make sure you have the entire day to waste. Because they are going to waste your time.

      We apologize for the delay in getting your vehicle repaired. Unfortunately, sometimes issues arise while we are fixing customer's vehicles that can't be known ahead of time. What we do have control over is notifying you when that occurs, and it seems as though we didn't do that in this instance. Thank you for letting us know where we have opportunity to improve.

      Never have I ever delt with so many punks, thugs and and people that will talk down to a woman, then doing the bare minimum after months of falling to do anything. On top of that, promise "to do the right thing" then brag about doing the bare minimum. I will never deal with this scum company and their people ever again. Your wife should never leave a dealership crying.

      Purchased a certified preowned 2019 Jeep Wrangler. A few days short of having it a month we realize the door hinges have corrosion and are bubbling up. To make a very long story short I was blown off by the service ***** I then spoke to the Sales Manager who told me it was no different than buying a used car that has dings and scratches.....ummm no sir you sold me a Jeep that is rusting out. They then proceed to tell me the 2018-2021 jeeps have a class action lawsuit and Jeep will replace my doors if I'm in the 5 year manufacture time frame. I know they must have known this when they sold it to me. It previously belonged to the wife of someone who worked there and I'm sure they traded it in to avoid getting stuck with a corroding Jeep. I have been completely on my own dealing with **** even thought the Service Manager claimed they would be with me "every step of the way and help me get the claim started" I now have to get it fixed two hours a way in ******* and there is 15 jeeps ahead of mine. I will tell everyone I know do not go here. there is no way they didn't know about these issues and sold me an almost $40k deteriorating rusting piece of metal.

      Went to get into car the dummy lights led up, check engine, e brake is on? And setting cruise in park? Teck came out. Tried some things couldn't figure it out, hopes its the sensor. But I've already paid *****!! They said the car was done and my dash was not lighting up when I brought it in. No car! Out ***** see why people think there being husseled.

      *** and I appear to have similar experiences with the Honda "integrity" service department. I purchased a "certified" used vehicle and have spent more money on vehicle repairs then paying off the loan of the vehicle. Catastrophic engine failure after sealant applied to valve covers. It took months to repair and check engine light turned on 15 miles after leaving the dealership. Advisor claimed bad gas and no other issues... but the vehicle was returned weeks later with gas leaking from the engine. No accountability or ownership from the service manager, the ** of sales or their direct reports regarding the multiple break/fix failures that caused return trips to the dealership at the customer's expertise.

      Don't make the mistake I did by thinking the dealership knows what they are doing. I went in to have a slight leak on my valve covers fixed. Less then a month later the engine in my car was seized because there was pieces of the sealant all throught the engine from the work they did. Not to mention that I was charged double what they orignally said, I contacted the Service Manager **************************** was no help even after I came back with photos of the sealant all throught the engine, He just wanted to put the blame on anything but the work they did & refused to do any kind refund or accual help. It's Honestly Criminal..
