      purchased a slide in pick-up camper Artic fox 865 salesman explained loaded weight would be **** LBS he lied actual weight **** LBS empty loaded will be close to **** LBS depending on supply's. i have contacted the dealer and have had no help in a resolution to this problem. the general manager ****** is not returning phone calls. i would have not purchased the camper if the dealership would have been forthcoming with the actual weight of the product it is creating a safety hazard due to the pickup being over weight. I believe the salesman ****** was very deceitful about the actual weight just to get the sale. Purchase date 10-11-23 i advised him of the problem via text message evening of 10-11-23 he told me i was wrong and the scale was not right i have certified cat scale ticket of weight of pick up and camper.       We accepted that a mistake was made and bought the truck camper back from *******************  He then bought a travel trailer that he was more comfortable with.  This issue has been resolved.

      We bought out motor home in November 2021 and upon purchasing they were supposed to make sure everything was in working order. We took it home and it had a water leak, back we go and they kept it for a long time. Returned the unit to us and we had the same water leak. This went on 4 times. We paid $117,000 for this unit and could not use it. Every time we had to return it we had to drive 45 minutes each way and it was never fixed. It kept getting worse. The molding in now rotting from the leak. This last time we had to wait 2 months to get it back in (missing the entire summer season) They have had it for 3 weeks and call today saying the warranty has expired. This had been an ongoing issue they have never resolved. This has not been the only problem with the unit but this is by far the biggest issue. I want them to give me some money back for 2 years of paying payments on something I can not use due to their incompetency.

      The unit was purchased as a Used unit.  At time of purchase **************** signed an AS-IS disclaimer stating that the purchaser is responsible for all repairs after time of purchase.  His repair history is:

      Purchased 11/24/21
      1st repair. 2/16/22 replaced fittings and valve at bypass. ***************** paid left 2/21/22.
      2nd repair 5/9/22 (comeback on water leak)
      3rd repair 6/27/22 inner tank for water heater.***************** paid. Picked up 7/15/22
      4/10/23: oil change
      8/21/23 water leak fresh tank area. Renny still diagnosing could be fresh tank.

      A copy of the AS IS statement can be provided.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      When we purchased the unit as is we were told they would have any issues fixed that they found prior to our taking  unit. They sent us a unit that they had not gone through. They need to make this right.
