    I began a process of solar panel system installation. After further review of my financial situation with my spouse I decided to cancel the process which was within my right to do. The sales person I had been speaking with (*****************************, Energy Consultant) became upset and made some disrespectful remarks via text messages. He then proceeded with emailing me passive aggressive messages regarding my cancellation making accusations of me being angry and how he was only trying to be helpful. I have asked him to stop contacting me as I feel he is now harassing me by continuing to contact me even after I asked him to politely to stop. I am filing this complaint with hopes of not having to take this matter to a civil hearing for harassment. I am also in fear this gentleman will retaliate against me as he has access to my personal information such as SS number, bank account, home address, and personal cellphone. I have made it clear I dont want to do business with him or his company.

    so this process started about last September or maybe October but I was attempting to get solar panels on my roof to combat the price of rising energy and this was the first company that came up and as they were not the cheapest I reluctantly went with them anyway. As of February they started billing me for these panels that I had yet to receive I spoke to the finance company and have since to see another bill so not sure what's going on there but they finally put the panels up sometime in March maybe April not sure on exact date but can look it up if I need to. Since the panels have been installed they have been back twice once to install a panel in the garage and the second time to repair the drywall from installing the panel since then I have gotten radio silence know one is contacting me from Solgen the only time I here from them is when I call to complain because I have these great looking panels that don't work. I can't speak to a supervisor when I call you have to request a call back to which they don't call back. Don't know what to do from here wish I could just have them taken off and start over with another company.
