      Strip-curtains order placed on 10/11/2024. Order promptly cancelled when I realized I order the wrong size so cancel date was 10/12/2024. I was told it was too late for a cancellation but order would not be shipped but refund would be issued in ***** days. Since then, I have called Strip-curtains 3 times and was told my refund needed "upper management approval". I have asked to speak to management but have not been given the opportunity. I am requesting a prompt refund.

      I paid for a set of strip curtains ($129.29) on June 8th of 2023 online from Strip-Curtains.com. The transaction went through the following day on June 9th 2023 and they were paid. Shipping time was expected to be long, 3 to 4 weeks so I didn't think anything when it had not come in awhile. After that time elapsed my order had never came. I tired calling the company but could never get anyone on the phone, I was always sent to voicemail and was never called back. I emailed them twice, the first time getting a response that I would be contacted by a representative shorty thereafter that was on October 27th. The second time emailing them I never received a response and my attempts to call again were greeted with silence. The 60 day period to dispute the charge with my credit card company has passed. Now I feel that I have been cheated out of my money by this company and am not sure where to turn, hence writing this complaint.

      We placed an online order from Strip-Curtains.com on 6/14/2023 and then realized it was the wrong size, so we immediately canceled that order and placed a new one for the right size. We then followed up with them by phone the next morning to confirm the sizing and that the first order was canceled. They said they cancelled the order and would issue a refund as soon as it was approved. Five months of multiple phone calls, emails and jumping thru hoops later and we still have not received a refund for the $205.59 they owe us.

      I placed an order with this company for my boss on 5/16/2023 and cancelled the order within one hour. We used our corporate **************** card. I was told we would receive a full refund. As of today 5/30/23 we still have not received our refund. They have charged our card and after numerous emails back and forth we still have not received our credit due to **. The amount is $13,082.50. Today this is the email i received from their "order management" Hello I see you have chosen to dispute this charge, so this is in the hands now of the Financial Institution.Regards ***** It is not our credit cards responsibility to get the credit that is due to **. They should be refunding our money. I have all the email should you need them.       A door was selected and purchased on 2/20, and I was charged for the door on the same day in the amount of $457.15 the next day we got an email informing us we would have to pay 25% more to be able to receive the door, at which point we cancelled the purchase doe to the fact they changed the terms of sale after purchase, I been dealing with them since them by email and on the phone and while they keep claiming the money will be returned it is now past more than a month and these thieves have not returned the money they took.

      I made a purchase online on december 15th and after one day we found out that the day shipping advertised by the online store was after the order processing which was not disclaimed during the purchase so we decided to cancel the order which they inform us it has a cancellation fee of 5% and we agreed and received the cancellation mail from the online store telling us the refund request has been received and the reimbursement was in process. After one month we did not receive any refund or notice from them and reached out them again by mail and phone and we were told they escalated the case to a manager with no results to this day. We have writtene them several mails and called by phone without any answer or refund and basically we have our money stolen.
