    absolutely terrible customer service and terrible shipping time. This business is quick to take your money but provides no tracking information and responds very randomly to emails. Seems a common thing according to the reviews that this company is a bunch of thieves thst steal money and dont deliver products. 100% will be reaching out to the local attorney General in that state to pursue this business for deceptive business practices.

    got exactly what i ordered. their support team was very responsive and "never forg[ot] my concern". part worked exactly as advertised and showed up in an incredibly timely manner. couldn't recommend more!

    Purchased Moito's replacement vacuum bag for Toro blower/vac, the bag failed after fewer than six uses. Their 30-day warranty only provides time for initial fit and function but not reliability, so they did not stand behind the product for even one year! At this rate, you'd need to replace the bag every six months.

    Zero stars. Sure took my money fast enough. However no part. No customer service. Apparently no one works for this company at all. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. And parts never arrive. So to me they are thieves as they steal money out of your account but don't ever send you the product I have to assume this is a fake company.
