    I have had the worst experience Ever ! Gave ***** our tax info in July ( we filed a extension) Started checking with her in Sept , on if we needed any additonal paperwork etc, I gave her the only last piece of info she needed that I knew of on Oct 6th. I was then told she would be working on my taxes and get back to me. I have emailed ,texted and called for no answer finally get ahold of ***** the week before the extension is due, she states no worries will be working on them and let us know , plenty of time blah blah blah, Monday I am calling and emailing because we still have not heard and finally call her assistant ***** , she states she is working on them and will have them turned in by midnight the dead line and that she would file electronically. I will just have to have bank electronically send money next day . I now have called and emailed to no answer untill Thursday the 20th that she has had something come up and did not file my taxes and that they are left outside a box at her house. Unbelievable the run around they gave me and to now not have my taxes filed . I have documentation of my emails and text etc to prove times and dates are true . Mollu sounds intoxicated the last 2 times i have spoke with her. Very concerning and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. She called me twice today , both times sounds drunk ! Unbelievable
