    I saw an ad for a Dashcam for ***** plus shipping ****. I received the dashcam, but unknowingly was enrolled in a subscription service, I started noticing a charge of ***** coming out of my account and called the number. The lady (***) told me that she was sorry and would refund my money. No refund was returned so i called again and was told again that I had been enrolled in their subscription service and that I should have received credit vouchers in my email coupons for ****** to use in their store. For 3 months ***** was charged when I searched through my emails I found nothing coming from Bargain Warehouse. Nothing in a spam folder nothing in my inbox. When I went on their website I did not have an account. Now how can I be both enrolled in a subscription service and not have an account at their store? When I called again it took about 15 mins to get through and then she hung up on me. Now how is this a legit business that has all the power to take money from my account, but then when questioned about their business practices folds and hangs up on customers under minimal scrutiny? I dont know if the Bargain Warehuse is the same as the one I chose above. Here is the number I received after I sent a complaint to their customer service email address. ************ Which was also weird because I was able to find that return email from Bargain Warehouse.
