I would give this company a negative 5-star report. I was diagnosed with a serious medical condition in November 2023. I had no choice but to sell my house and buy a piece of property here in ******* WA with the small amount of equity that I had. I knew that the roof needed repair, so I inquired about contractors to get the work done on *****'s list. *********************, the owner of ready remodeling called me within 10 minutes. Notice that he does not deserve capital letters. On March 31st, 2024, ********************* had agreed to help me clean this house and get it move in ready for $120.00 an hour, and to give me an estimate on the repairs to the roof. ********************* showed up with a convicted felon and this convicts wife. ready remodeling did not bring the supplies to help me clean. *********************** employee took a s*** in my bathroom and clogged the toilet. I had just cleaned the bathroom. ******, this convicts wife, stood around while **** and the convict **** had to run out for supplies, and my roommate reminded her that she was getting paid by the hour. ****** was very verbally abusive towards my Roommate saying " ain't no b**** going to talk to me like that!" I received an estimate. I paid $2500.00 up front for the roof repair. $3000.00 when completed. I was continually pushed back on a confirmation date to get the work completed. I did not receive any confirmation about the supplies ordered. I have received threatening texts. I called the Jefferson **************************** I was told that ********************* has abused and stolen from people before. I have all of the texts, phone records, and dates pertaining to his business practices. For ********************* to allow an employee to threaten customers is absolutely evil. I have received texts from ********************* stating that he will not return the $2,500.00. He will not answer the phone from 3 other people pertaining to his and his employees' threats. He needs to be stopped from abusing people.
