    Same vehicle problem - three times for service/or visit and each time the ****************** assured me the problem was fixed. It still isn't fixed. On the third, the Service Manager gave me a new diagnosis and costly recommendation based upon his own ***************** Bulletin. But he didn't read it carefully as the *** does not apply to my vehicle's problem. Ive learned that Price Ford ****************** is either incapable of listening or incompetent, and its members will fabricate excuses for their attempts.

    We have reached out to the customer prior to this submission and since this submission. Our goal is to find a mutually acceptable remedy and to do so in a timely and affordable fashion. We have offered to absorb any labor costs and provide a loaner vehicle while we do so. Price **** will continue to work towards a resolution on a problem that is only presented during cold starts and when drive is initially engaged.

    Price *********************** contacted me and offered to review their work and conduct another diagnosis/inspection to resolve the matter. Price **** offered to repair the vehicle if I would puchase the parts which I found reasonable. Subequently, the inspection showed that a faulty part as part of the ************ (under warranty) had caused other parts to fail. In the end, as the part was under warranty, Price **** did not charge me the costs of parts or labor, a very fair resolution.I want to personally thank the head of the ******************* Mr. **** for his effort to keep me up-to-date with the repairs and offer a loaner vehicle during repairs. I also want to thank the General Business Manager for responding so quickly to my concerns.
