      ****: They gave my luggage to someone else, cost me and my agency well over $400, and caused me to miss my flight.Driver lost my luggage and gave me someone else's when dropping off passengers at ******. I was on the 2nd dropoff; the majority of the passengers got of on the 1st so its reasonable to assume one of the passengers on the first drop off was given mine. The luggage looked nearly identical. I contacted customer service within an hour after the mishap.The first ****** i talked to transferred me to their supervisor, who talked down to me and was just wildly unprofessional. I was upset and crying, pleading for help. Instead of trying to understand where I was coming from, she talked down to me, ******ally insulted me by telling me she'd be handling herself much better than i was in the situation and spoke intimidatingly to me when i asked about who is responsible for rebooking fees.I was traveling for work - Im a non-profit employee funded by taxpayer dollars, on a trip to learn about the software our agency uses to help streamline our operations, and panicked at the thought i'd be costing my agency (and taxpayers) more money for someone elses ********** coworker, who had also been communicating with them, told me they called her and found my luggage, and they needed me to immediately go and give the luggage i was given to the Kitsap Airporter shuttle driver. I wasted half an hour waiting for the next one, and the driver was unaware of the situation. He did not have my luggage.I missed my flight due to them. 6 days later, I have not gotten it back. My work laptop was in there, along with all my work clothes, shoes, toiletries, prescriptions, and several other things that are costly to replace.Use them at your own risk - i know theyre the cheapest option - just know that some of the drivers are careless and youre SOL if they s**** something up.

      Part of her comments were accurate - we did drive her to the air port, our drivers do not hand bags to passengers, they put on curb and ask the passengers to please make sure that they grab their bag, as some bags may look similar.  She informed the ** over the phone that she grabbed the wrong bag, all the while screaming and crying which I did ask her to calm down, so I could understand her.  I may have spoken harshly so she could and would calm down, and I could understand her concerns. She told me that she was not calm and had anxiety and her computer and medications were in the bag. We called everyone on the run manifest twice and as of this date Sept. 2, 2024 only two people have not responded. I did ask for her to please take the bag that she accidentally picked up to one of my drivers at the return area so I could get it back to him/her.  No one in my office told her that her bag was found, I do not know where she received that information. I personally went out to the airport and looked in lost and found to see if anyone had turned it in, and again as of this date has not been found.  If her bag is ever found I will personally  make sure that she receives it as I told her several time. I did apologize to her several times.
