    I ordered a carport from Mr. *** at ************* on 11/4/23 it was built on 12/6/23 at the address of ******************************. The group that built it did so on a dark, foggy, rainy evening. The next day when it was light out we picked up right around ******************************************************* the new gravel the carport sat on. We had to buy a magnetic roller to try and find them all (not sure if we did). I also noticed that 3 screws are missing from one side (they sold me on having the roof come 3 feet down for wind), 1 s**** on the opposite side, and another s**** on the bracing leg. I cannot see if any screws are missing from the roof as it's too high. I contacted them right away and they said they would come out and fix it. I have contacted them a few times since and no response. Luckily last year we had a light winter but this year we are not suppose to. I would like for them to either reimburse me for having someone climb up on the carport and put in the missing screws and check for others that might be missing, or come out and do it themselves. We are now going on 1 year since they initially installed it.
