    ****** tile does not stand by their work. After installing bathroom tiles, we immediately began having issues with grout falling out. They came and grouted the impacted spots without ever diagnosing or fixing the main issue. After coming back three times they refused to help us any further. After hiring a professional to help us fix it we found out the installation was done incorrectly. They put the tiles too close together, they didnt use enough grout and they didnt caulk the corners. We are seeing cracks in the tile two years after the installation and are being told we will have to be constantly fixing it over time. There are multiple issues with the installation beyond what Ive mentioned. I highly recommend you look for someone who stands by their work and who has more experience and knows what they are doing.
