5 starsGreat company. Used them over the years, but recently a competing local company refused to repair my ceiling fan because it was "too high up" (18'). (the competing company was able to come out the day I called so I thought I would price their work). Frederickson's brought two guys with a 16' ladder, and it was fixed in under an hour. Can't recommend them enough. Will not bother with the competing company again. Price was reasonable, what I expected.

5 starsWe had to replace our 30'' electric downdraft and our master bathroom fan / light combo. Of course, as with most remodels, it was more complicated that it seemed, the Frederickson crew persevered through a few setbacks and my wife and I were well-pleased with the final results. 5 starsI have had extensive experience with multiple divisions of Frederickson Electric: electrical design, solar, generator, HVAC, service installation, wi-fi, media, and new construction electrical. Each consultant was a patient teacher, very generous with their time in explaining options and their relative advantages. They repeatedly proved themselves competent, creative problem solvers and efficient workers who were excellent at collegial cooperation with other subcontractors. The best part of building my new home was working with Frederickson Electric. I enthusiastically recommend them.Review fromSally D

Dear *****, I'm very sorry to have let you down with your lighting repair projects, especially since you have been a good customer over the years. I totally understand your frustration and your criticism is justified. The truth is, our estimators have occasionally dropped the ball on some requests, particularly on projects like yours where it was not clear after the free estimate appointment how much time and material would be required to make the necessary repairs. Please believe me, it was nothing personal, just a failure in our systems. We've made some investments in our customer service team and now have a much better process to keep the ball rolling on requests like the one you made over a year ago. If we were to be able to do this over again, we would have immediately dispatched an electrician to do some troubleshooting so the necessary scope of work could be understood, and an estimate quickly produced. Again, my sincere apologies, and if you would be so generous, I would welcome an opportunity to win back your trust with a discounted service.Review fromPatrick M
