    ADA ************** and Harassment Credit card fraud Emotional distress Retaliation.The Port Townsend inn is dirty.The place stinks with f**** on the furniture.After I reported that a chair broke I was told that I would not be charged.When I asked to speak to the manager an employee named ******* refused my request and threatened me that I was going to be charged for the chair.When I threatened a lawsuit claiming a groin injury she finally refunded my money because I was checking out a day early.When I returned home I found a fraudulent charge for $150.00 on my credit card.I called and spoke to ****** about it and she stated That there was f**** on the chair.I explained that my *************************************************************** chocolate mouse pie when he was sitting in it.I had texted ****** T asking where the f**** was and this was his response. For someone your age you unfortunately act like a child. Those chairs also arent rated for morbidly obese men so its actually no wonder you broke it. At least man up and have some shame for ******** and ******* everywhere dude.The shower floor spilled water all over creating a hazard as well.The room was advertised as a Handicap room and pet friendly.I am claiming that is false advertising because I was harassed about my dog barking and arrived after hours with a promise of my room being unlocked and it wasnt.When I requested housekeeping to wipe up the water on the bathroom floor because I feared my Father would slip and fall they refused.They were upset that urinated in a ice bucket even after I told them that I had to do it because after my fall in the chair I could not walk and that the bathroom floor was a slip and fall hazard.I am requesting a full refund and an apology.

    My name is *******************************, and I am writing to provide clarification regarding a recent incident involving a reservation at our Port Townsend Inn, specifically concerning **************************

    Our commitment to maintaining a comfortable and clean environment for our guests is of utmost importance to us. In the case of **************, he departed earlier than the reservation and, despite facing a loss, we waived the late fee due to the challenges we mutually encountered during various discussions.

    However, subsequent inspections revealed damages to the room, including breaking furniture, soiling the chair with feces, and urinating in the ice bucket, based on the combined testimonies of our Inn employees. In accordance with our policy, all guests sign an agreement upon check-in, acknowledging their liability for any damages incurred during their stay.

    The decision to charge a fine was made collectively by several employees who inspected the room together to ensure fairness and avoid any misjudgment by a single individual. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund to ************** as the charges were necessary to address the damages caused.

    We appreciate your understanding and would be happy to provide any additional information or documentation you may require regarding this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    there is no new information that they have provided. They are lying about f**** on the chair. I disputed $150 on my credit card and it is already been returned to my account. What they did was illegal charging me after the fact out of retaliation for threatening a lawsuit. period

    As you can see by the pictures, theres no f**** on the chair and that the chair was defective because the front leg broke  getting up out of it. I reported the Chair broke immediately and  was told I would not be charged by **************** When I had requested to check out a day early, thats where the problems came in and I had to threaten the lawsuit and then the retaliation.
