    on August 30, 2021 i purchased the Female On Fire Inner Circle coaching program with Ashley Hann. (https://www.ashleyhann.com/fof-innercircle/) I paid $6800 USD for the program. The program promised to provide 4 months biweekly group coaching some other online tools and a retreat was promised to take place close tot he end of the 4 months. Due to Covid restrictions at the time i wasnt able to flight out to the reteat that took plce on Dec 2021 however i was reassured by Ashley Hann the owner that i was good and credited for a full transfer for when the next retreat takes place. I was contacted in May of 2022 that the next retreat was scheduled for September 2022 in Isla ******** ******. I went ahead and purchased my flight to attend the retreat. She then contacted me Mid August to let me know that the the retreat is now cancelled and another one will take place in January 2023 instead. I requested for a refund for the retreat portion of the program for a value of $3000 usd. she declined and i then asked her if we could get on the phone and talk about it but she refused and only allowed communication through Instagram instant messaging. she then refunded me for the flight i just purchased for $519 without me asking for a refund on that because the airline gave me a credit already so that wasn't helpful She then discontinued all communication with me and blocked me from Instagram so that i could get a hold of her. I am now out of pocket, i never got the retreat services that i was promised and paid for nor, am I confirmed to attend a retreat in January 2023.I have sent her a letter to try and resolve this matter and i have been completely dismissed my them and refused to give me a refund or even confirm me for the next retreat which i paid a lot of money for. I have read her terms of use on her website and it says a refund is applicable if the services are terminated by the service provided. I was good and ready to go on this retreat and the provider caused the cancelation and refused to reimburse me in anyway.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I have missed the 7 days to respond to the business response as I did not see an email before that they responded. 

     

    I find the response unacceptable not still not resolved. 

     

    can we please reopen this case. 

     

    they are saying that i have failed to say why i believe i am entitled to a refund when the reason i am asking for a refund is simply because i paid for a package that included a retreat and she has not delivered the retreat to me and has discontinued all communication with me and will not have me attend a retreat nor give a refund for the retreat in which i paid a lot of money for. 

     

    Please reopen the case and tell the client the reason is that I paid for a retreat and did not get a retreat.  this is my reason for asking for a refund or she can ensure that I attend the next retreat.  the agreement says a retreat is included and I never got my retreat.
