    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not receive my order. You can not charge me for something I never received. ******** customers and never delivering the contracted products or service is failure to deliver. You failed to deliver the products after taking payment and have now refused to refund the order despite this fact.

    As stated on the menu all sales are final regardless of ferry wait. Also signs are posted at every entrance to the building stating all sales are final.

    As stated on the signs at the register and on the bottom of the menu all sales are final, regardless of ferry schedules. These people ordered food then immediately started berating our staff and being rude to them. They then proceeded to leave for the ferry earlier than needed and left the food behind. They made personal verbal attacks against a staff member with a stutter online. We made the food, they decided they didn't have time to wait for the food even though they saw it coming out of the oven. We state on the walls and on the menu no refunds for ferry waiting. People come from all over the country to travel the ferries and get very anxious and upset when they think they will miss the ferry. That is why we state on the walls and menu that regardless of ferry wait all sales are final.

    I am rejecting this response. This owner is now realizing I will not drop this complaint has resorted to lying and impugning my character to try and excuse his unethical business. 

    At no time did I nor my 13 or 11 year old children berate any employee of this business. As stated in the complaint and my online ****** review, we were told 30 min would be enough time for our order. We placed our order and after the agreed upon time it was not complete and our ferry was in fact loading. I sent my children ahead of me even, so they could get to the car first. After another 5 min the pizza still was not boxed and the pasta was not even cooking in the pan. 

    From the ferry I tried to contact the business using their only form listed on their website: phone. The phone only takes messages, no person answers but, the messages were full so I could not leave a message. There is no email. If I could have spoken with someone I would have simply informed them that another family would pick it up as they were behind us going through town. 

    I then resorted to my ****** review which again the owner is lying about. There have been zero personal attacks against anyone and I would never resort to such acts. This is a matter of business and not personal although this owner has done exactly that. 

    I ask for any and all evidence that supports this owners claim of berrating, personal attacks made online against staff and my family and I leaving earlier than needed for the ferry.

    The facts remain: the business and myself entered into a contract for specific items delivered in a specific timeframe. The business accepted this contract via receipt of payment. They did not deliver their end of the contract and provided no way for remedy either by allowing me to have someone else pick up my order or refunding my order.
