    They are billing me late fees the day after payment is due. My payment is due on the 10th of the month and if not paid the bill a of $ ***** and another late fee on the 16th of $ ***** and on the 30th the send a letter of closing the account and that they are going to sell our items; and add another late of $ *****. I have explained to them that I have been having financial problems and pay on my paydays. they don't seem to care and just add the the fees and quote these laws Washington Code 19.150.010 et seq. and ********** Code 19.150.060 (1)(c) and RCW 19.150.080(4) and Washington Revised Code 63.29.165. I have never heard of these and The owner before never did this, this is all the new owner. Please Help me and tell me if this is even legal?
