      What an awful awful experience from this company. First and foremost I was mislead and told that I would not accrue fees while my car sat in a tow yard after I was rear ended. Come to find out that was not the case at all. Only 24 hours that it sat in the lot, and it accrued 700$ in fees!!! Do not let these folks scam you. I told the dispatcher several times I didn't want it impounded, and he told me that it wasn't. I even called back after getting the paperwork to ask more pressing questions as to what was going on and they told me that it was no cost. I was willing to pay the tow fees to have it towed to my house!!! They made it seem like it wasn't but here I am a day later asking for the location of my vehicle and being told that I will not be allowed to know that information without paying the invoice. These guys are absolutely scam artists and take advantage of women in distress. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      Kitsap Towing did not end up towing our car after we got the emergency brake fixed. We asked if the driver would tow it to the auto shop but he said that I was first person to ask that and we would get a partial refund if he did not hook up. We called the next day to confirm the partial refund would completed only to be told by the customer service rep that they dont give refunds for service not completed. I understand businesses have processes in place, but we are left very disappointed and will not be a returning customer nor recommending them to others.
