    I spent 3 nights at the Best Western at Horse Heaven in Prosser Washington. A long planned trip with 3 friends. We shared rooms. On the second day I checked my credit card only to see I had 2 pending charges totaling $985. I went to the front desk & showed them the mistake was told the manager ************************* was not in yet & I would to be called when she arrived. No call. Later in in the day she was still unavailable but had told the employee ***** to charge me $221 (my half) & my friend the same. This was checking us out & hopefully that would resolve the pending charges. **** the business office comptroller happened by as we were leaving for home the following day. Both ********* who was finally available assured me it would all work out. He also said they couldnt remove the charges it was between the banks. They gave me a receipt for $221.71 with a 0 balance. It didnt work itself out. And my bank could do nothing until the charges posted. A few days later back home the pending charges were gone & the $221.63 posted. Yay! No2 days later $441.96 posted. I filed a dispute charge with my bank. I called Best Western **** yet again was not in but I could call the next day. I left my name & number with strict instructions that she needed to call me. My friend as of today has her correct charge. There was never an apology or recognition of their making a huge mistake. It will take ***** days to get this resolved but I still need to pay the disputed amount on my credit card. Beware they have absolutely no customer service & very unprofessional billing/business policies.

    I booked two rooms at the Best Western in Prosser WA. One pet room and one individual room, paying a premium amount for a terrible experience. The pet room smelled like molded carpet and the bed covers were stained on top and under the sheets. It took me over an hour to find other accommodations elsewhere in town. After bringing the issue to the front desk they assured me that everything will be taken care of. I respectfully told them what the issues were and the young lady at the front desk told me the manager would be in contact with me. About two hours go by and I recieved a call from the front desk telling me the manager decided that since I took an hour to report the issue they will charge me anyway. The room was completely unsanitary and I would not have my wife and two young kids staying in such a disgusting room. The manage refused to speak to me about the issue and I was told that I would have to call her on her schedule the following day. I was told that the manager did not smell anything and couldn't find any stains. I have stayed at plenty of Best Western hotels over many many years and this by far is the worst experience and the most filthy BW yet. This experience with this location has me questioning doing business with any future Best Western locations.
